Subscription Commitment, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Agreement
一、Accept and Modify Terms
1.The Subscription Commitment and Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") is a comprehensive contract between the subscribers of the GoodDeal WMS Shipping Management Master System (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You") and GoodDeal Intelligence Digital Integration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GoodDeal"), outlining the rights and obligations related to the subscription of the WMS Shipping Management Master System services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
2.To protect user rights, users must first review and agree to these Terms and provide accurate and truthful personal information to complete the registration process. Only after this can users subscribe to the Service and use the system according to the specific subscription content selected.
3.To provide users with better service or based on company operational needs, GoodDeal may change the contents of these Terms at any time. If there are any modifications or changes to the Terms, GoodDeal will notify users in advance of the changes and the effective date. Users may discontinue using the Service at any time before the effective date. However, if users continue to use the Service after the effective date, it will be deemed that they have agreed to the modifications or changes to these Terms. GoodDeal will continue to provide the Service to users according to the modified or changed Terms.
4.Subject to the privacy policy, GoodDeal reserves the right to audit users' usage. If any activity is found that may harm the system, GoodDeal has the right to terminate the contract at any time and pursue legal action accordingly.
5.The final right of interpretation of these Terms belongs to GoodDeal. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact the GoodDeal customer service center directly.
二、Privacy Policy and Scope of Application
GoodDeal Intelligence Digital Integration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will collect, process, and use the personal data of applicants and users to manage their application and subscription to the system services provided by the Company. To protect your personal data, the Company hereby informs users of the purpose, scope, and duration of data collection in accordance with Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
1.The Privacy Policy includes details on how this service handles the data collected when you use it. The Privacy Policy does not apply to any external websites linked from this service.
2.The purpose of collecting your personal data by the Company is to verify user identity and create user profiles, ensuring the protection of both user and Company rights when providing this service. Shipping records and recipient area information are collected to serve as a basis for sales analysis data and will not be used for any improper activities.
3.Personal data obtained from users when applying for this service will not be used for any purposes other than those specified, unless authorized by the user, except in cases of transaction disputes or conflict resolution between both parties.
4.The use of user data obtained through the application for this service and the data processing during the provision of the service will be limited to the duration of the service.
三、Data Collection, Usage, and Security Policy
1.GoodDeal reserves the right to collect data, including but not limited to information during system usage, information required for system operation, and information obtained from third parties.
2.User data collected through the use of this service is solely for statistical and analytical purposes. Without your consent or unless specifically required by law, GoodDeal will not share user data with third parties or use it for purposes other than those for which it was collected.
3.This service provides users with individual access to databases through AWS, with dedicated personnel responsible for maintaining and monitoring various information security measures and necessary protections to safeguard the system and user personal data. For details on our security measures, please refer to the announcements on our official website at www.gooddeal.com.tw.
4.This service will never provide, exchange, rent, or sell any data you provide while using the service to any individual, group, private company, or government agency, except as required by law or contractual obligations.
5.GoodDeal shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or alteration of user data or data of users' customers or consumers that occurs due to reasons not attributable to GoodDeal.
四、System Maintenance and Operations
1.This service is maintained and debugged by professional personnel within GoodDeal.
2.The maintenance period for this service is from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM daily. The service will be unavailable during this time.
3.Except during the maintenance period, this service guarantees a system uptime of 99.99%.
五、Subscription Information
1.WMS Warehouse Management System (Free Version)
<A>Subscription Duration：The subscription plan has no expiration date and can be changed or canceled at any time through the system.
<B>Subscription Content：Includes only the main WMS Warehouse Management System. Additional modules are not available for purchase.
<C>Cancel Subscription：System login access will be immediately revoked upon cancellation, preventing further access and operation. Please back up or delete any necessary data before canceling.
<D>Usage Permissions：System access will be granted within three business days. The software subscription is for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred to others. The account can be used on multiple devices simultaneously.
<E>Data Retention：The database will be retained for 3 months. If there is no login activity for more than 3 months, the database will be deleted without backup.
2.WMS Warehouse Management System (Paid Version, includes Lite and Basic versions)
<A>Subscription Duration：Depending on the selected plan, quarterly payment grants access for 90 days, while annual payment grants access for 365 days.
<B>Subscription Content：Includes the main warehouse management system. Additional modules must be used in conjunction with the main system and can only be purchased if the main system is already in use.
<C>Automatic Renewal：The subscription plan will automatically renew. The system will automatically charge 15 days before the end of each billing cycle. You can change or cancel the plan at any time through the system.
<D>Failed Payment：A failed payment will be considered a cancellation of the subscription and will be handled according to the cancellation terms.
<E>Cancel Subscription：Users can change or cancel their plan at any time on the system up to 15 days before the end of the subscription period. After cancellation, system access will automatically expire on the subscription's end date, preventing further login or operations. Please back up or delete any necessary data before the subscription expires.
<F>Refunds：No refunds will be accepted for any reason once the subscription (payment) has been successfully processed.
<G>Usage Permissions：System access will be immediately granted upon successful subscription (payment). The software subscription is for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred to others. The account can be used on multiple devices simultaneously.
<H>Data Retention：The database will be retained for 2 years. If there is no resubscription within this period, the database will be deleted without backup.
