Order Creation and Inquiry

  • Order Creation Function:
    New Order Creation:Create a new order in the system by entering detailed information such as customer details, product information, quantity, and shipping method.
    Order Editing:Users can edit existing orders, such as modifying product quantities, adding or removing products, and more.
    Order Import:The system supports importing order data from external platforms.
    Order Verification:The order information is verified to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

 

  • Order Inquiry Function:
    Order Status Inquiry:Search for the current status of an order using the order number, including statuses such as confirmed, pending, shipped, etc.
    Order History Inquiry:The system records the order history, allowing users to query the processing records and operation logs of orders.
    Customer Inquiry:Search all order information for a specific customer by customer name.
    Statistical Reports:The system can generate statistical reports related to orders, such as daily order quantities, sales figures, and other data analysis reports.

  • Order Processing Function:
    Order Allocation:Assign orders to the appropriate warehouse and logistics channels for subsequent processing and shipping.
    Inventory Deduction:Deduct the corresponding inventory quantity in real-time based on order requirements to prevent overselling and stock shortages.
    Logistics Tracking:Track the logistics status of orders and provide information on the shipping details and transportation progress.
    Shipping Processing:Arrange the necessary shipping procedures according to the order requirements, generate shipping orders and consignment notes to ensure timely delivery to the customer.

Barcode Scanning and Deduction

  • Barcode Scanning Function:

Warehouse staff use scanning devices to scan product barcodes, quickly identifying the correct items and quantities to prevent packaging errors and confusion, thereby improving packaging accuracy and efficiency.

  • Deduction Function:

After a product is scanned, the system automatically deducts the corresponding quantity from the inventory to ensure the accuracy of inventory records and prevent duplicate deductions.

Return Operations

  • Return Operations Function:
    Return Processing:Receive returned products from customers and inspect and classify the returned items. This includes checking the integrity, appearance, and quantity of the products.
    Inventory Update:Update the inventory records in the warehouse management system with the returned products to ensure real-time inventory information.
    Storage Management:Store the returned products in the correct locations, categorizing and zoning them according to product type and storage requirements.
    Data Recording:Provide detailed information on return operations, including the source, quantity, handling method, and time of the returned items, to facilitate subsequent data analysis.
